••FedEx Priority SATURDAY
Delivery is available for orders placed by 11:00AM Pacific time Friday. Orders
missing the cut-off time or otherwise not shipped due to product availability
will automatically be downgraded to and charged only for FedEx Priority
overnight service.
•••Freight
charges shown on the order form for DHL/FedEx International
Priority Service are estimated only. Actual freight charges
are calculated based on dimensional weight and destination country and will be
adjusted to the estimated rate on the commercial invoice. The amount shown on
the order form is an estimate only. Actual charges (-/+) will be billed at the
time of shipment.. Note that DHL and/or FedEx International service is not available to all countries
and the best carrier will be selected for the destination country .
Shipment Liability. Shipments are sent by the carrier, class and method requested by customers on their order entry form. We may
substitute UPS or FedEx for USPS service depending on destination at no additional
cost to the customer. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in transit
delivery times or service guidelines established by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx or
any other common carrier. Furthermore, we are not
liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail,
clerical or typographical errors by customers during the order entry process,
inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in transit
delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is
in the possession of a designated common carrier.
Additional custom fees, duties and/or import restrictions are the sole
responsibility of export customers.
